Chop, Chop (Chop, Chop Series- book 1) by L.N. Cronk
About Chop, Chop:
Ever since Laci was a little girl she’s been growing out her pretty, brown hair and chopping it off to send to Locks of Love. When Greg moves into town and finds out what she’s doing, he thinks it’s a great idea…so he starts doing it too! It’s just one of the things that reserved, young David must tolerate as their friendship grows throughout the years. As they near adulthood, they grow not only closer to each other, but closer to God as well. David finds himself content in every way, but when tragedy strikes David must struggle to find his way back to God. Chop, Chop is a stand-alone novel that does not leave you hanging, however, it is the first book in a series of eight for readers who wish to follow David further. Read the rest of this entry »
I’m so excited to introduce you all to My Wonderful Walls! They offer imaginative wall stickers, wall stencils and canvas wall murals for kids’ room and baby nurseries. It’s all created and manufactured in the USA too!
About My Wonderful Walls: My Wonderful Walls is a modern day Mom & Pop online retail business operated by Michael and Stephanie Goins. The idea for the company was born after Michael hand-painted a mural in their older son’s new room. We knew that other parents would really enjoy doing this, but most lack the artistic training and/or confidence. So we decided to design products that would allow all parents (even the artistically challenged) to create wall murals themselves. We formed My Wonderful Walls in 2008 with a mere four wall stencil kits, and now we carry hundreds of popular product and ship all over the word. Each and every one of our products is designed and manufactured with tender loving care in the USA in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Heather from Full Price? Never! got a chance to review the wall stickers for her toddlers room! Here are her thoughts: “I am not a creative person, I wish I was but I’ve come to terms with it. I was so excited to try the wall stickers because even someone like me that lacks artistic skills can use them with terrific results! I’m always looking at my daughter’s boring closet doors and trying to think of someway to make them more fun for her… I finally found the answer! The stickers were very easy to use and absolutely adorable! The toddler agrees! The only problem I had was choosing from all of the themes they offer… farm, flower garden, transportation, jungle, dinosaur, princess, bugs, forest, fairy, cats & dogs, outer space, pirate, owls, dragon, monsters, circus, bugs, ocean, polka dot, clouds and more!”

Recently I had the opportunity to review PottyCover and was excited to try them out. A couple things I really like about PottyCover is that you can take them anywhere and the colors are fun for the kids. I know that might sound strange about the colors when thinking about a toilet cover but I found that my kids really liked them. Since my children are still smaller I had to help them on the toilet which wasn’t a problem with the seat cover but some reviews I have read said that they had problems with the seat cover staying on while the kid was getting on/off the toilet.
PottyCover is a disposable toilet seat cover for children that covers the sides and the front of the toilet, to keep away germs at public rest-rooms. It is made of non-woven fabric coated with a layer of plastic, creating a waterproof barrier between the toilet and the child. This product has the largest coverage of all seat covers on the market and for added convenience, each seat cover is individually packaged in a small, easy to open bag that makes it super easy to always keep one or two in a purse or a back pocket.
I love how easy they are to take with you and that they are individually packaged so you don’t have to worry about taking the whole package with you. Another fact I like about them is that they are very compact in their packaging. I can keep a couple in the car, a couple in my purse and even put one in my school bag for me (in case the bathrooms at school are nasty). The one thing is it takes a little longer to get them ready to use than the paper ones at the stores but for me it’s well worth having them. I know when we go to amusement parks that I don’t have to worry about putting my child on a seat and having to fuss with toilet paper on the seats. The last feature I like about this product is that it covers the front and part of the sides of the toilet so when my children are sitting I don’t have to worry about if they grab the seat or worry about their pants getting “dirty” from the front of the toilet seat. This is something I will be making sure I have on hand with me at all times since its so easy to carry.

Review by Mom Does Reviews:
I was very happy to get my kitchen scale from EatSmart. It’s just the thing I need to get my diet back on track. It’s so easy to say you’re going to start a diet. It’s a whole other thing to actually do it. This great little scale is a constant reminder of how much I should (and shouldn’t) be eating.
It’s super easy to use, easy to clean and kind of fun! My son spent 1/2 an hour weighing everything he could find in the kitchen. Do you know that a fork weighs more than a spoon?

In a blinding flash of light, five nondescript strangers are yanked from this world and thrust into a land of sorcery. Transformed into the characters they were pretending to be; Archmage Reba, Jamison the healer, Jerik the dwarf, Charles the prince charming, and Allinon the druid elf blend twentieth century technology with the supernatural powers of this new world.
This band of wannabe heroes soon discovers that having the powers you have always dreamed of, does not make life a dream come true. The Crusaders of the Light struggle to form a cohesive band as they fight to liberate the kingdom of Cuthburan from the evil horde threatening humanity.
Battle is also waged within Reba, an ordinary housewife who has become the most powerful mage on the planet, as she struggles to remain true to her wedding vows. Drawn against her will to the arms of Prince Alexandros, Reba must choose between the prophesied marriage to a handsome prince in a magical world or returning to the husband she left behind.
