I was very happy to get my kitchen scale from EatSmart. It’s just the thing I need to get my diet back on track. It’s so easy to say you’re going to start a diet. It’s a whole other thing to actually do it. This great little scale is a constant reminder of how much I should (and shouldn’t) be eating.

It’s super easy to use, easy to clean and kind of fun! My son spent 1/2 an hour weighing everything he could find in the kitchen. Do you know that a fork weighs more than a spoon?

I just started a new diet, and having a reliable, digital bathroom scale has been super important! The best price on a digital scale with good ratings that I could find on Amazon was a black NewlineNY scale for $17.95 shipped* (regularly $39.95). This scale has a capacity of 400 lbs! Everyone likes to be healthy. My husband and I have done lots of research on the best vitamins for us. He even tried to take fish oil, but neither one of us could stand the fishy after effects. Needless to say, I was very curious about Krill Oil. If they are made from sea life, shouldn’t they taste fishy too? Actually, they don’t have any taste at all. I started taking them about 10 days ago. (Once my husband read that they help reduce PMS, he has been faithful about reminding me to take them.) It is recommended to take 2 pills once a day, preferably at breakfast. They are fairly small, easy to swallow gel capsules and have no fishy after effects. They are good for my heart, brain, joints and even food for reducing wrinkles. The biggest noticeable difference for me was increase in short term memory and focus. Sometimes I do too much multi-tasking and can’t focus what I’m doing. I am also looking forward to reduced PMS symptoms. I also love that they are good for kids too.
